Indeso Limited is currently evaluating the feasibility of establishing a printing ink manufacturing facility in Northern Vietnam and is searching for industrial parks with suitable conditions to lease site premises for production operations.

The estimated required lease area is approximately 1,000–1,500 m². The investor is particularly interested in the suitability of the industrial park for chemical manufacturing activities, specifically printing ink production, as well as the availability of land/premises and essential operational conditions.

Interested industrial parks are kindly requested to provide details regarding available areas, rental rates for factories, warehouses, and offices, electricity costs, related service fees, and transport connectivity to seaports, airports, and railway systems. Additionally, the investor seeks to understand the regulations for foreign investors, capital contribution requirements, and current investment incentive policies.

The objective is to identify a suitable site to further evaluate the investment feasibility of the manufacturing project in Vietnam.
