Dai Viet Painting Production and Trading Co., Ltd

Dai Viet Painting Production and Trading Co., Ltd is the owner of the Tranh Gao Viet brand — a handcrafted rice painting workshop established in 2011 in Hanoi. From a small craft workshop, the company has grown into an enterprise specializing in art paintings made from natural materials, with rice grains — a symbol of Vietnamese agriculture — as its core medium.

What sets Tranh Dai Viet apart lies in its material processing and craftsmanship. Rice grains are carefully selected for uniform size and treated to remove bran to limit moisture, mold and insects, allowing the artworks to last 15–20 years under normal display conditions. Our skilled artisans use multi-level manual roasting to create a natural monochrome palette with subtle light-to-dark transitions, while also applying modern coloring techniques for designs requiring rich, vibrant colors.

The company’s product range covers themes closely tied to Vietnamese life and culture: countryside villages, old streets, scenic landmarks, feng shui symbols for good fortune, calligraphy, still life, and portraits. In particular, the company accepts custom orders — recreating portraits, memorable photos, corporate logos, or congratulatory messages — to meet the demand for unique gifts for events, anniversaries, and diplomatic activities.

In addition to its flagship rice paintings, the company also develops desktop sand paintings in glass frames and traditional hand-embroidered paintings, expanding choices for home and office decoration as well as formal gifting.

With a commitment to finishing quality and dedicated service, Tranh Dai Viet supports customers from ideation and sample approval to packing and delivery. Its products are now distributed nationwide, available for export, and the company maintains flexible cooperation policies for agents and collaborators wishing to trade in Vietnamese handicraft products.
