Article 6. Partner Verification and the Role of the Platform
6.1. IPAVIETNAM may verify partner information based on documents provided by users, publicly available information, or other information sources that it can lawfully access.
6.2. The scope of any verification depends on the service package, available sources, documents provided, and practical circumstances. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, verification does not constitute an absolute guarantee of a partner's identity, legal status, financial capacity, reputation, product quality, project legality, or ability to perform its obligations.
6.3. The Platform provides information, introductions, and connections between parties with trade, business, or investment interests. Unless a separate contract expressly provides otherwise, IPAVIETNAM is not the buyer, seller, manufacturer, supplier, investor, investee, commercial agent, guarantor, or a direct party to transactions between partners.
6.4. Partners are independently responsible for due diligence, negotiations, information verification, contract execution, payment, delivery of goods, provision of services, project implementation, and performance of related obligations.
6.5. IPAVIETNAM does not guarantee that an introduction or connection will result in a contract, a successful transaction, profit, investment, revenue, or any specific business outcome.
6.6. Information about investment projects, policies, incentives, markets, suppliers, and business opportunities is provided for reference and connection purposes. Users are responsible for independently verifying information, assessing risks, and obtaining professional advice where necessary before making decisions.
6.7. If IPAVIETNAM provides consulting, verification, market research, factory inspection, negotiation support, or other specialized services under a separate contract, the scope of work, fees, performance standards, and responsibilities of the parties shall be specified in the relevant contract or service agreement.

Article 7. Service Fees, Payment, and Refunds
7.1. The Platform operates on a paid-account model. Fees, benefits, service periods, feature limitations, payment currencies, taxes, and payment methods shall be published at Account & Payment Policies.
7.2. Before payment, users must be provided with clear information about prices, service scope, service periods, renewal conditions, termination conditions, and refund policies.
7.3. Service cancellation, refunds, and the handling of mistaken or duplicate payments shall be governed by Account & Payment Policies.
Any provision concerning non-refundable fees, termination charges, or restrictions on refund rights must comply with mandatory legal requirements and users' lawful rights.
7.4. Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information and paying all fees due under their selected service package.
7.5. IPAVIETNAM may temporarily restrict features or take action concerning an account under the published service terms if a due payment remains unpaid, provided that applicable law is followed and appropriate notice is given where required.
7.6. Payment of service fees does not guarantee that a user will find a suitable partner, enter into a contract, complete a transaction, or achieve a specific business, commercial, or investment result.

Article 8. Account Suspension and Termination
8.1. IPAVIETNAM may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the user has materially breached this Policy, provided fraudulent information, engaged in fraud, failed to pay fees when due, or where a lawful request has been made by a competent authority.

8.5. The retention, deletion, or other processing of data after account termination shall be handled in accordance with Part B of this Policy and applicable law.
8.6. Account termination and the handling of any remaining fees shall be governed by the applicable service terms, refund policy, and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, IPAVIETNAM shall not be liable merely because a user or partner makes an independent business, commercial, investment, or transaction decision, or merely because a dispute arises from a contract between partners, except where such liability is attributable to IPAVIETNAM under applicable law or a separate agreement.
9.2. IPAVIETNAM does not guarantee that all information provided by users or partners is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Users are responsible for checking and verifying information before relying on it to make decisions.
9.3. IPAVIETNAM endeavors to maintain the stable and secure operation of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely risk-free operation or complete immunity from cybersecurity threats.
9.4. To the extent permitted by law, IPAVIETNAM shall not be liable for losses arising from a partner's breach, misleading information, or failure to perform its obligations where such losses were not caused by an act or omission for which IPAVIETNAM is legally responsible.
9.5. Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as excluding or limiting any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory user rights and IPAVIETNAM's legal responsibilities where provided by law.

Article 10. Complaints, Governing Law, and Amendments to the Terms
10.1. Users may submit support requests or complaints to email support@ipavietnam.org. A complaint should include the account information, the issue to be resolved, and relevant supporting documents where available.

Where required, IPAVIETNAM will explain the reasons and the available handling procedure.
18.5. Withdrawal of consent does not invalidate processing lawfully carried out on the basis of valid consent before the withdrawal, where applicable law so provides. Withdrawal may affect the availability of features or services that depend on the relevant data.

22.2. Where the law requires notice, renewed consent, or another procedure because of a change, IPAVIETNAM will comply with the applicable legal requirements.
22.3. Users should review the version published on the Platform regularly. Continued use of the services after an update does not replace separate consent where such consent is required by law.
