High-pressure jet dyeing machine

- Suitable for fabrics made from synthetic and blended fibers (T/C, T/R, T/W, etc.), ranging in weight from light (50g/m) to heavy (500g/m), including high-density and high-twist fabrics (such as taffeta, twill, tricot, and microfiber).

- Rapid dyeing process with a low liquor ratio (1:5.5–8), resulting in reduced operating costs and lower water consumption.

- Tension-free operation combined with a high fabric transport rate ensures uniform dyeing and excellent relaxation, yielding high-quality products with a soft, voluminous hand-feel, free from pilling or surface creases.

- High fabric speed (up to 500m/min) shortens the dyeing cycle and enhances the relaxation effect. Equipped with a fabric-relaxing impact mechanism, an anti-twisting device, and a softening unit at the jet nozzle outlet, the DP-JX model is versatile—suitable not only for bleaching and dyeing but also for fabric relaxation, creating crepe effects, and weight reduction.
