1. Factory construction and renovation service process

- Receive information from the client.
- Conduct a site survey and gather specific requirements.
- Create a preliminary layout design, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare a cost estimate/quotation for the client.
- Negotiate and sign the construction contract.
- Execute the contract.
- Conduct project acceptance, finalize the contract, and provide warranty service.

2. Pricing for factory construction and renovation services

- Simple factories/warehouses (under 1,500 m²; height under 7.5 m; steel-core or concrete columns; angle-iron or box-section steel trusses; 100mm brick or corrugated metal wall cladding; corrugated metal roofing): 1,300,000 – 1,500,000 VND/m².
- Pre-engineered steel factories: 1,600,000 – 2,500,000 VND/m².
- Reinforced concrete factories (1 story or 1–3 stories): 2,500,000 – 3,000,000 VND/m². Note: These are general price ranges; actual costs will vary depending on the specific nature of the industry.
- Factory unit prices depend on the project location; sites with weak soil require ground and foundation reinforcement—such as using reinforced concrete piles, sand piles, stone columns, cement columns, or vacuum consolidation methods. Different reinforcement and foundation treatment methods result in significantly different construction costs across various locations. - The cost of a factory also depends on its intended use: the construction cost for a garment factory differs significantly from that of a fertilizer plant, a construction material processing facility, or a pharmaceutical plant. Costs vary based on differences in foundation and floor load requirements, operational functions, and finishing specifications.
