Italisa boasts a comprehensive, integrated production line for faucets, shower systems, and bathroom/kitchen hardware accessories. Every stage of the manufacturing process—from design, mold-making (including sand core creation), casting, and machining to polishing, electroplating, performance testing, and final assembly—is carried out entirely within Italisa’s own factory. Notably, Italisa utilizes state-of-the-art global technology, including IMR gravity-casting machines (imported from Italy), low-pressure casting equipment, BROTHER machining lines (from Japan), a 104-station electroplating line (from Taiwan), and SPECTRO spectroscopic analysis equipment (from Germany).
