Khe Sanh Agricultural Cooperative

In March 2019, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang and six other households established the Khe Sanh Agricultural Cooperative in Khe Sanh Commune, Huong Hoa District, Quang Tri Province, guided by the motto "Collaborate for Growth – Elevate Vietnamese Agricultural Products." The cooperative has since expanded to include 30 official members, 115 associate members, and seven production groups. It has developed a closed-loop, clean coffee supply chain covering 300 hectares, with an annual output of 3,000 tons of fresh cherries (yielding over 2,000 tons of processed product). Operations include three modern processing facilities and the procurement of 3,000–3,500 tons of coffee annually. Khe Sanh coffee—specifically its 100% Arabica ground coffee and roasted beans—achieved national 5-star OCOP (One Commune, One Product) certification in 2025. The local Van Kieu people have a long-standing connection to coffee cultivation. Products are produced using organic and biosafety-compliant methods, free from additives.
