NBC ECOM Viet Nam Joint Stock Company – Nam Binh Safety was established in 1999, originating as a contract manufacturing workshop for garment exports. After more than two decades of growth and development, NBC ECOM Vietnam now owns four brands:

1. Nam Binh Safety: Manufacturer and sales representative for occupational safety equipment in Hanoi.

2. Nam Phuong Textile & Garment: Fabric weaving and dyeing operations in Hoa Hau, Ly Nhan, Ha Nam.

3. Shima Vietnam: An import-focused company holding 24 exclusive, authorized, or Tier-1 distributorship agreements with major global occupational safety brands.

4. Vua Giay Bao Ho (Safety Shoe King): A distributor specializing in imported occupational safety footwear.

Bao Ho Nam Binh is Vietnam's largest importer, manufacturer, and distributor of safety footwear and occupational safety equipment, holding over 55% of the market share.

- A weaving, dyeing, and garment manufacturing plant employing over 500 workers in Ly Nhan, Ha Nam.
- A workshop for small and urgent orders, equipped with 50 machines, located at Lot CX-DV4, Ha Dong Sports and Green Park.
- A 2,000m² occupational safety equipment manufacturing facility at Hoa Xa Industrial Park, Nam Dinh City.
- Holder of exclusive rights, authorizations, or Tier-1 distributorships for 24 major global occupational safety brands, including Jack Olsen, King Power, Safety Jogger, Chiyoda, Delta, Ansell, MSA, 3M, K2, Takumi, Honeywell, Sseda, Simon, Bullard, and others.
