INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

- Dissolve approximately 2–3g of extract (1/2 teaspoon) in 300ml of boiling water. Drink daily as a substitute for water.

- Adjust the amount according to personal taste preference.

- Method 1: Prepare as instructed on the packaging; sugar or honey may be added to taste. Tastes better when served cold. - Method 2: Mix 1/3 of the scoop (included in the container) with 250ml of warm water, add 2–3 spoonfuls of honey (or sugar) to taste and the juice of half a fresh lime, then add ice and enjoy.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

- Consume within 20 days of opening.
