Vietnam Ocean Shipping Agency Corporation (Vosa Corporation) was established on March 13, 1957; its predecessor was the Vietnam Ship Agency Company—one of the pioneering entities in Vietnam's maritime industry.

Throughout its history of growth and development, Vosa has emerged as a leading enterprise in Vietnam's maritime and logistics sectors, boasting a nationwide network of agencies and branches. Internationally, the company maintains a presence in key markets across Europe and the Americas.

Backed by robust capabilities and over 65 years of industry experience, Vosa confidently provides comprehensive transportation solutions across various fields, including ship agency services, brokerage, vessel chartering, supply chain logistics, and multimodal transport.

Furthermore, Vosa has expanded its business operations into real estate, warehousing, and port investments, while also forming joint ventures with other economic groups to foster mutual growth. Guided by a sound strategic vision, Vosa has evolved from a company with just eight founding members into an organization comprising 14 domestic branches and two joint ventures. Its workforce has grown to over 500 highly qualified professionals—proficient in major foreign languages ​​and skilled in import-export operations, maritime services, logistics, and bonded warehousing.
